Job Responsibilities -

*Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

*Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates

*Greet applicants and assist as needed, though the application and hiring process

*Establishes recruiting requirements and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs

*Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications

*Build an active pipeline of qualified candidates

*Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements

*Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications

*Communicate effectively with customer, applicants, and piers

*Prioritize tasks and provide follow up

*Must have good work history

Qualifications:

Staffing and Recruiting experience - 2 years

Must have DL

Bilingual a plus

Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

Knowledge and familiarity with office operations

Phone etiquette

High School Diploma or Equivalent
