Seeking Part Time Reception for Luxury Portrait Studio

Park Hill Fine Art Portraits has specialized in creating heirloom quality portraiture in Fort Worth for over 12 years. The studio is seeking a part time receptionist/client service assistant to join our amazing team at our Fort Worth studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish.

Details Are Important. Attitude is EVERYTHING.

Our engaging, high energy admin staff is responsible for first impressions. A passion for serving each other and our clients is the core of who we are. The primary goal beyond being an amazing team player is providing an incredible first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families in the studio.

Your role at Park Hill:

• Be an incredible first impression for our clients!! (MOST IMPORTANT)
• Hostess and serve incoming clients. Help them feel welcome and guide them!
• Open and close the studio for the week and prepare it for clients
• Provide directions over the phone to the studio
• Data entry invoices
• General administrative help
• Be an incredible team player in all areas of the studio with an energetic, positive attitude
