Paramount Assets is a Property Management company based in Newark, New Jersey with a real estate portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties located mainly in urban areas of NJ, NY and PA. We are looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Administrator to manage and maintain the reception area in our Newark, NJ office.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Serve as Company’s representative by being first point of contact upon entering office or telephone call.
- Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle all out going Fed Ex packages, and help to manage the Fed Ex account.
- Assist with all necessary correspondence.
- Accept front desk deliveries and notify appropriate party of such delivery.
- Responsible for scheduling and enforcing front desk and switchboard/console coverage at all times.
- Complete special projects and or additional assignments as directed.
- Help Human Resources with all kitchen/office supply orders for the main office and all satellite offices.
- Open, organize and distribute all mail to appropriate employees.
- Assist with the coordination of special events
- Direct all phone calls to the appropriate person.
- Assist with other departments as needed.
- Special projects as needed.
- Microsoft office and Excel skills are a must
- Must be able to multitask
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
