Position Summary
The Receptionist Coordinator represents the company in a professional, personable manner. This position will greet customers, clients, suppliers, employment applicants, and other visitors. The Receptionist Coordinator will also handle incoming telephone calls and assist with various functions in the Facilities Department.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Operates Cisco phone system and directs callers or guests/employee to destination; answers inquiries.
- Greets visitors and guests in the reception area.
- Collects and distributes mail and messages to the appropriate person.
- Arranges bookings of MPR and Budget rooms.
- Maintains accurate and organized files.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties including typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assists with other Facility Departments.
- Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.
Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery .
- Phone with headset, computer, printer, fax, copier
Non-Essential Functions
- Assists in other areas of the department as necessary.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications
- Required:
- Must be friendly and have a positive attitude.
- Proficient skills in Google applications, Word, Excel, and 10 key.
- Maintain confidential information.
- Proven ability to successfully function with minimal supervision.
- Must be a team player, e.g. reliable, dependable, meets deadlines, keeps their word, provides consistent quality work.
- Willingness to help with other designated tasks as needed.
- Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to relate to employees at all levels.
- Able to rapidly prioritize a variety of tasks and take appropriate action.
- Experience in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment in order to perform clerical tasks.
- Establish and maintain courteous and effective working relationships.
- Demonstrate strong attention to details.
- Flexibility in scheduling in order to meet the needs of the business.
