Position Title Responsibilities include:

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate individual.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Will take and retrieve messages for various associates.
• Provides callers with information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Received, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
• May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate will:

• Possession of strong organizational skills. Is neat, accurate, dependable and keeps work/space clean.
• Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents.
• Appreciate the value of being a dependable & responsible member of greater team.
• Interacts in professional manner with Residents, public and co-workers. Works cooperatively with management. Displays willingness to assist co-workers when situation requires.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
• Be open minded; willing to listen to and share new ideas.
