- Pay range: $17-$21/hr., eligible for overtime.
We are currently looking for top talent to fill our role of Receptionist to provide administrative support for our busy office. This position will ensure efficient day to day operation of the office; including but not limited to, greeting visitors, answering telephones, coordinating schedules, meeting preparation, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements and other projects and tasks as assigned. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring visitor sign in
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist with planning and communicating office activities
- Organize meetings, update calendars, and take meeting minutes when appropriate
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Arrange visitor accommodations when appropriate
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Participates in other duties as assigned.
**The Receptionist must live within a commutable distance to the Warwick, RI office.**
