STORE 5a is a fast-growing luxury pre-owned retailer with both online and in-store operations.

We're looking for an energetic receptionist who will be responsible for creating the perfect experience for every person who walks in the door.

Responsibilities

• Assists visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
• Data input for selling customers
• Assist on Sales Floor, when needed
• Assist Sales Associates with administrative tasks
• Scheduling client appointments

Requirements

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
• Professional image
• Exceptional work ethic and strict adherence to company policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Is adaptable and flexible to change
• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
