Summary:
To answer all telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and direct visitors to appropriate locales within the facility. To assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with daily office duties.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Post all outgoing mail, deliver to post office, pick up and sort mail, process office mail
  • Maintain “Resident Room List” and distribute through facility
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Receipt all petty cash use
  • Provide monetary change for staff
  • Maintain contract files
  • Post employee meal charges
  • Routine filing
  • Routine correspondence
  • Assist in copying for various departments
EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma
