We are looking for a receptionist to join the CAH Title Team! As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in our growing organization. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling emails, managing mail and deliveries, setting up new files, ordering searches, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations.

The Receptionist position entails the following tasks, duties, and responsibilities

  • Greet clients and walk-ins and assist as needed
  • Maintain a multiline office phone, disburse calls and manage messages
  • Enter new sale contracts and create client files
  • Contact customers to coordinate escrow deposits
  • Scan files into the company database
  • Maintain and manage tracking spreadsheets (Excel and Word)
  • Organize incoming mail and packages
  • Opening and closing office duties
  • Manage and monitor closing calendar
  • May also provide clerical and administrative support to the title team

The Receptionist position entails the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting different situations
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in SoftPro not required but encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
