Applicants must be willing to work incredibly hard as they assist buyers and sellers through the home buying and home selling process.

The Hatch team will take care of much of the daily tasks of a Realtor - leaving you time to be front-facing with clients, maneuver through negotiations, and lead generate. You'll have exquisite training, massive leverage (including appointments set for you, much of the paperwork removed from your duties, and award-winning marketing all done for you), and integration into one of the top places to work in the area.

$80,000+/year at plan commission

• Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!
• Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis.
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Assist sellers with the arduous details and stressful venture of selling a home. pricing, strategy, and negotiation skills are crucial (don't worry - we'll teach you how).
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
• Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with your community.
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth

• NO real estate experience needed - we will train you with continual training for licensed Real Estate Agents to keep up with latest trends
• Must fit into the Hatch culture
• Must obtain your ND or MN real estate license for employment (we'll show you how)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
