Job Overview:
- We currently need photographers in the following counties in Florida - Lee & Collier County.
- Are you looking for a fast-paced and exciting flexible income opportunity? You’re in luck! We are seeking individuals to partner with us at Pinnacle.
- As a Pinnacle Real Estate Marketing Partner (an independent contractor 1099 opportunity), you can create your schedule and work independently while collaborating with our entire awesome Real Estate Photography Team.
- We are seeking individuals to partner with us and capture photographs for our clients in the residential and commercial sectors of the market.
- We are not looking for someone that has any Real Estate Photography experience. We are looking for someone that has some photography experience (although not required), a high level of energy, and an interest in starting in Real Estate Photography with a passion to have fun and make a lot of money doing it.

You need the following to be successful:
- Meet the equipment requirements below or lease equipment directly from the company.
- Ability to complete Aerial Drone Certification (Part 107) and Pass Test.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Available 2-3 days a week (Monday - Sunday).
- Reliable Internet connection.
- Own a current and legal driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to and from shoots.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
- Have a lot of energy and a passion for capturing just the right images to help our clients sell, rent, and lease their properties.
- Be excited about the opportunity to join the best network of real estate professionals.
- A desire to earn between $10,000 part-time and up to $75,000 annually when doing this full-time.
- Salary: Minimum wage.
Equipment Requirements:
- DSLR Camera - Canon 5D IV
- Wide Angle Lens - Canon 16 - 35mm II f/2.8
- Drone - DJI Mavic 2S
- Ricoh Theta Z1 360 Camera or Matterport Camera
- DJI Pocket 2 Creator
- Laptop or Desktop with either Windows 32-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Mac OS X - Mandatory for Consideration
- All equipment above will be needed to complete appointments. If you do not currently have or are unable to obtain the equipment, All Equipment can be leased directly from the company.
Certification Requirements:
- Complete one-on-one hands-on Real Estate Photography Training for 1 - 3 months resulting in our Real Estate Photography Certification
- Complete one-on-one hands-on Aerial Drone Photography & Videography Training for 1 month resulting in our Aerial Drone Photography & Videography Certification
- Ability to complete Aerial Drone Certification (Part 107) and Pass Test
