As our team's Real Estate Listings & Closings Manager, you will be directly responsible for all coordination, operational steps, and day-to-day client communication needed to list homes for sale. Once on the market, you will continue managing the listings by coordinating showings and open houses while keeping clients and listing agents updated every step of the way. Once we open escrow (either on the listing or buying side), you will expertly manage the escrow process and proactively communicate with our team's agents, clients, and TC to ensure a successful, smooth closing. You will provide world-class support to both agents and clients...

This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role for a true A-Player who only wants to work with other A-Players.

We're on a mission to go from serving 70-80 families per year currently, all the way up to 500 families per year in 2027!

No team in Los Angeles has ever achieved this before, but we will (with your help!)

Compensation:

$120,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Homes for Sale: Attend walk-through with the listing agent, document all prep work required (e.g., painting, landscaping, handyman work, staging, photography, videography, etc.), devise an action plan, and then execute an action plan with extreme diligence while keeping client and agent fully updated.
  • Be the Listing Agent's Right Hand: Draft listing agreements, organize incoming offers, draft counter offers at (LA's direction), and meet with clients to review disclosures. Review and provide direction on inspection reports.
  • Provide Constant Communication: At all times, keep both clients and agents informed with status/progress updates. Ensure agents and clients always know what's coming next.
  • Transaction Management (Sellers and Buyers): Manage 10-15 escrows at any given time. Open escrow on listing transactions, oversee the contract, collecting all disclosures and required paperwork on each real estate transaction from start to finish. Prep seller disclosures for upcoming listings. Meet with clients to gather all signatures whenever needed and ensure all parties, including agents, are advised on timelines.
  • Home Buyer Closing Management: Once in escrow, manage day-to-day communications with buyer clients, oversee the scheduling of their various inspections, and ensure a smooth closing.
  • Leverage the Talents of Others: This is a big job with many moving parts to oversee. You will delegate to supporting team members (i.e., listing coordinators, team runners, closing coordinators, etc.) in order to successfully own the responsibility of managing all listings and closings.
  • Refine, Grow, and Scale the Role: We are committed to growth, which creates tremendous opportunity for everybody on the team! Develop and document systems and processes to help us scale up while simultaneously IMPROVING the level of service we offer.

  • You are skilled in project management with experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • You are licensed and carry years of experience delivering outstanding support to high-performing agents/teams
  • You are a confident, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter who can work independently; you don’t require someone looking over your shoulder all day.
  • You execute with speed and decisiveness and understand how to manage priorities.
  • You are comfortable working with affluent clientele and know how to deliver white-glove service
