$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Track sales cycle progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
- Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
- Set appointments every day for Lead Buyer and Listing Agents daily from lead funnel sources
- Qualify incoming leads on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers during the morning, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM
- Scheduling of appointments, e-mail communication, text communication, coordination, and outbound calling
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls, text and email and facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Practicing scripts to ensure full understanding of communication standards with prospective clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- +1 year of real estate sales experience
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Real estate license or pursuing required
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
- High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
- 2+ years of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
