Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Disposition Manager and take charge of the entire off-market property sales process. You will be responsible for driving timely and profitable sales, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to negotiate deals and close transactions.

Compensation:$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Source and build relationships with buyers
- Schedule and attend property inspections
- Schedule and attend property showings
- Receive and review purchase and sale agreements with end buyers
- Negotiate with buyers and sellers on properties to sell inventory
- Keep Salesforce updated on all of your assigned transactions
- Close assigned transactions in a timely and profitable manner
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Extremely strong phone skills Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
- Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
- Decisive and proactive in the sales process
