We are two increasingly busy residential real estate agents (specializing in Manhattan & Brooklyn) seeking a dedicated & innovative administrative assistant/marketing coordinator to help us streamline + grow our business.
Our real estate team is looking for an administrative assistant/marketing coordinator to help with all items relating to residential real estate sale & rental transactions, marketing of properties, and client relations. You would be working out of our friendly & modern Midtown office at 53rd/5th Avenue. All initial training would occur in-person at the office, and following the initial in-person training, working from home/remotely would be considered.
Our administrative assistant will be responsible for tasks such as: marketing the properties that we have listed for sale & rent(via existing easy-to-use design templates) via email, social media, and print. Creation/sending of a monthly newsletter. Organization of client contacts, and creation of spreadsheets containing both email and physical mailing addresses. Maintenance of client records. Client gifting & other forms of outreach including emails + handwritten birthday & holiday cards. Periodically updating our team website to ensure all information is up-to-date. Perform due diligence that will be utilized to price our sale & rental listings, and also utilized when advising purchasers & tenants during the offer process. Creation of "pitch books" that will be provided to sellers when pitching their listing. Scheduling of apartment tours with buyers & tenants. Creation & sharing of google calendar invitations.
As an innovative team, in an innovative profession - in addition to performing all basic responsibilities of this position, added compensation will be discussed/considered for all innovative suggestions & activities performed that result in the generation of additional real estate transactions. Specifics regarding this additional compensation will be discussed per applicant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
