About the Position

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you’ll be responsible for assisting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in implementing behavior plans through center-based early intervention. You’ll work with patients on a daily basis to help them reduce problem behaviors and develop new skills while recording and collecting data on patients' progress. In this rewarding role, you’ll watch as a child in your care develops new skills and makes significant gains to improve their life and open future possibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA therapy for children with autism

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans

• Provide open communication with families and clinical staff on a consistent basis

• Collect and record data for all patients

• Attend team meetings and trainings

• Follow all BACB and company guidelines, policies, and codes of conduct

Requirements

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent

• Must pass background screening

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license

• At least 6 months experience working with children with ASD

• RBT Certification
• Florida Medicaid Credential

• Full-time positions (30+ hours per week, guaranteed)

• No penalties or pay reductions for client cancellations. We will replace hours with another client or indirect work. And always pay for scheduled hours.
