Our customers provide us with the lanes that we need to service throughout the year, and our job is to provide the customer with the rate at which we can provide our services. We then put these rates into our computer system so we may invoice the loads properly. This job is extremely detail oriented and requires a high level of organization and the ability to work on a deadline and under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to adjust to changes quickly and efficiently
- Ability to recognize errors, inconsistencies and discrepancies
- Complete bids within deadline to exceed client expectations
- Enter and manage rates, fuel, and accessorial charges into system
- Cross train on multiple TMS/Bid platforms
Skills
- Experience in Excel formatting and V-Lookup preferred
- Experience in Sequel reporting preferred
- Communication and working well in a team environment
- Analyzing data and efficient problem solving skills preferred
