JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Radcolube® CLP Product Specialist manages customer orders, inquiries, and support activities with emphasis on the Radcolube® CLP product line which includes CLP, BIOBASED CLP, and LTGO. As a secondary responsibility the CLP Product Specialist coordinates internal support for Radcolube® CLP sponsored events. The CLP Product Specialist will interface with all aspects of the business during their day-to-day operations to include production, admin, outside sales, accounting, and marketing. The CLP Product Specialist role is full-time at Radco Industries headquarters in Batavia, IL and will report directly to the Vice President of Military Products & Lubricants for Radco Industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DAILY FOR CLP PRODUCT SPECIALIST:

- Accurately input sales orders, quotations, and sales leads into DATACOR ERP/CRM.

- Follow order placement progressions to ensure accuracy within DATACOR ERP/CRM.

- Initial phone contact for Radcolube® CLP product team.

- Manage electronic inquiries and price quote requests.

- Identify & report customer satisfaction trends as directed.

- Attend and actively participate in daily/weekly production meetings to ensure up to date status of customer orders.

- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders as needed.

- Communicate to operations any increases or decreases in product/order demand.

- Communicate order schedule changes to sales team and to customers (as directed/appropriate).

- Communicate with outside Radcolube® CLP sales representatives on any media/marketing needs and coordinate those with internal specialists and third-party services (print/apparel shops etc).

- Manage internal SWAG inventory and analyze upcoming demand to determine reorder points to include internally produced product.

- Update multiple internal event calendars as new events are added and coordinate with Radco attendees and support staff to ensure communication.

- Coordinate with Radco website point of contact to add all sponsored events to the website events page monthly.

- Produce monthly reports from various sales channels for accounting.

- Other duties as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CLP PRODUCT SPECIALIST PER RADCO ATTENDED EVENT:

- Coordinate with V.P. Military Products & Lubricants & outside sales representatives on needs of each respective event and overall budget.

- Coordinate with respective Sponsorship/Trade Show point of contacts from each key area regarding onsite marketing material demand to include SWAG and media demands per event.

- Assist in designing and ordering needed SWAG or marketing materials for each respective event, previous examples include banners, stickers, patches, cleaning towels, brochures, shirts, hats (Working with third-party graphic designer).

- Coordinate on-time shipment of all needed product and Radco marketing materials per event.

- Coordinate social media posts (Instagram/Constant Contact) per each respective event with Radco media team and sponsorship point of contact.

- Assist with travel arrangements of Radco Industries attendees for each respective CLP related event.

REQUIRMENTS FOR POSTION:

- Go getter!

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Pinpoint attention to detail for precise data entry and marketing material review.

- Experience with various social media platforms and YouTube is a plus.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Experience with graphic design or background working with graphic designers to complete projects.

- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

- Capable of heavy lifting and carrying packages up and down staircase (30+ LBS).

- Basic firearm knowledge (rifle, pistol, shotgun) preferred.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
