Quality Technician for Assembly Line (Light MFG)

International Climate Systems (ICS), a fast-growing Dallas Fort Worth Manufacturing Company of vehicle components and systems is looking for an experienced Technician for our assembly line to join our quality team. You must work with our manufacturing team to ensure that product that leaves our assembly line meet’s customer and engineering requirements to uphold our high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliablity, usability and performance required for distribution and market.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as an Inspection or quality technician.
• Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
• High-level of visual awareness.
• Advanced organizational skills.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities:

· Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.

· Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.

· Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law.

· Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.

· Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.

· Collating test data and drafting quality reports.

· Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

· Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.

· Perform other duties as needed.

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

Daily temperature readings for all employees. Cleaning and disinfecting of all touch areas and common spaces are completed on a regular basis.

• Dallas-Fort Worth, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
