Previous experience in Quality Control not required. Training program offered to all new employees.

The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for monitoring and examining the egg product and making sure it meets safety and quality standards. The QA Technician will ensure processing controls are being observed so that safety and quality standards are being met. Monday-Thursday/3:30pm-2:00am, end time may vary

QA Responsibilities:

• Accurately monitor food safety and food quality points
• Inspect and document incoming goods
• Calibrate monitoring equipment
• Accurately, efficiently, and thoroughly complete all quality assurance paperwork/forms
• Other duties as assigned

QA Requirements:

• Good communication and basic problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Food manufacturing experience a plus
• Previous Quality Control experience a plus
