Job summary
The Workforce Staffing Centralized Support Quality Assurance (WFS QA) team aims to offer all candidates in the high-volume hiring pipeline the same world class support as Amazon customers receive. The WFS QA team is looking for a Quality Specialist to design, develop, improve and maintain the process for tracking, reviewing, and updating Central Operations hiring procedures for Amazon vendors and Workforce Staffing Central Operations teams around the globe.




Key job responsibilities
  • Built out tracking and review mechanisms for all Central Operations procedures including locations, users, review frequency and last updates
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure procedure reviews are completed within expected periods and that changes are implemented.
  • Monitor and report on KPI’s to leadership regarding procedure reviews and updates and drive performance improvement.
  • Discover and innovate on new platforms and solutions to ensure that procedures are available in the best possible medium for vendor, Central Operations and WFS Field teams.
  • Communicate updates to procedures and ensure updates are available to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist in procedure review and new process development to ensure built in quality
  • Support/consult with the necessary functions to ensure new processes are successfully scoped and rolled out with appropriate documentation
The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of organization, quantitative, consultative, and facilitation skills. They will have a documented track record in organizing process, driving change, training, and leading in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

This is a hybrid position with the option of reporting to Seattle, WA; Nashville, TN; or Tempe, AZ corporate office.

· Experience using Salesforce or other Application Tracking System (ATS) · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. · 1+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects · 1+ years of experience in program or project management · 1+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams · Past experience with external certification and standardization organizations (ISO, ANSI, NIST etc) Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
