At Fellowship Health Resources, the Quality Management Specialist is a part of a team focused on supporting management and direct service professionals in caring for individuals with a wide array of behavioral health concerns. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and/or aptitude to perform the following responsibilities:
o Reviewing Health Records
o Credentialing and licensing support for programs
o Monitoring and evaluating program performance
o Collecting and analyzing data
o Partnering with Regional leaders to support program operations
o Ensuring Human Rights, Confidentiality and HIPAA
Pre-employment Education /Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s in healthcare, healthcare administration, or related field and CPHQ or RHIA a plus.
Three year previous experience in quality / risk / safety management or corporate compliance programs / functions and EHR experience required. This experience should include a focus on Performance Improvement, Quality Management, and outcome measurement. Experience with Behavioral Health accreditation process (i.e., JCAHO, CARF, or similar) desired. Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices utilized in Behavioral Health as well as treatment and recovery models a major plus.
