Wages:

$19.00 - $26.00

Shift premium for night shift is $2/Hr

Shift premium for weekend shift is $3/Hr

Quality Inspector - Flex Key Responsibilities:

• Performs in-process inspections and final inspections on machined products utilizing a variety of precision measuring instruments.
• Effectively communicates with peers and interdepartmental personnel maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Assists with other quality related functions upon supervisor or managerial request.
• Ensures materials and product are within print specification
• Inspects product to ensure it meets both internal and external customers
• Accurately record inspection results on control plan inspection sheets annotating all discrepancies
• Appropriately identify and segregate nonconforming product and initiate a nonconforming material report per internal procedures
• Identifying correct packaging and labeling
• Possess excellent communication skills and interacts in a professional courteous manner with all co-workers, not afraid to ask questions or find issues
• Flexibility and adaptability willing to inspect on off shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Dependability
• Positive Attitude
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to help fellow team members achieve production goals

Experience Preferred, but not required:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Use calipers, protractors, and tape measure
• Computer Skills and Microsoft Excel experience - Intermediate skill level
