Quality Control Inspector - 2nd shift Manufacturing, Life Sciences
Job description
**This position will work 2nd shift (Monday to Friday morning, 2:15pm - 10:45pm)**

The purpose of this position is to support plant’s manufacturing areas by conducting in-process, final, start-up, and incoming inspections. Responsible for ensuring that the products meet customer standards. Safe and successful operation of various measuring equipment (optical measurement equipment, thickness gauges, rules, rheometer, tensile tester. etc) is required.
The pay range for the role is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Requirements
Qualifications and physical requirements
- At least one year experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills; Excel, Work, Outlook, and other software programs.
- High competency in mathematics and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills: written and oral form.
- Detail-oriented in multiple facets such as documentation.
- Capable of interpreting blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of measuring equipment (e.g. caliper, micrometer).
- Strong prefer Quality Control Certification.
- Ability to push, pull and lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push and pull objects (weighing up to 40 lbs.) for 8-12 hours during your shift.
