Position:

The Quality Control Assistant for Premier Pan and will work with the Quality Control Inspector to ensure that the materials and end product are without flaws. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to record data.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge and familiarity with products

• Conduct bake tests
• Record and input data
• Keep all data orderly and up to date -
• Accurately input data into appropriate data storage locations for all inspected material

• Work with Inspector to remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for product
• Prepare reports for inspections and audits

Qualifications:

Experience with checking for quality

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer skills

Excellent written and verbal skills

Must possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to work quality

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes and airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
