The Role YOU will Play
· Drive the test automation roadmap to ensure a good return on investment
· Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams
· Work with on and offshore QA teams to create, document, and perform application testing
· Collaborate with your teammates as an advocate and expert for quality across the entire software development life cycle
· Provide people leadership and coaching the QA team
o Provide real-time performance feedback & management
o Perform formal annual performance review, feedback, and compensation adjustments
· Manage multiple, simultaneous quality initiatives for various stakeholders and product areas
· Supports and oversees development and of automated testing tools and integration tooling
· Works with development teams to allocate QA resources for activities such as software deployment, integrated testing, customer integration & after deployment support

Background Profile:
· 2+ years of experience managing or leading a quality team
· 2+ years of experience with automated software quality: SDET or related experience
· 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
· Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
· Solid collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication
· Ability to think strategically and act tactically
· Experience in managing and working with distributed team members
· Experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics
· Experience managing third party integration projects a plus!
