Job description

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage company compliance and all aspects of the GMP/GLP quality systems.
• Identify potential risks, implement improvements, initiate root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
• Oversee Sample intake and tracking
• Ensure data integrity and good documentation practices
• Coordinates all regulatory, client, and internal audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry
• 7+ years' relevant work experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Efficient and high time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
