The Digital Solutions team is looking for a QA Lead with 8+ years of overall experience in SQA & Manual Testing. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of Mobile, Telecom, and/or Provisioning experience.

Required

  • Ability to research, solve problems, and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Web services experience (SOAP / Rest / Postman).
  • Good knowledge of database testing.
  • Proficient of using ALM and Jira for test management.
  • Identify dependency.
  • Smoke Tests the environment.
  • Run Functional Test Cases for new functionality/ enhancements.
  • Run Regression Test suite to support existing functionality.
  • Regular follow-ups with the Development team on defect status.
  • Attend Defect Triage calls.
  • Daily meeting with the development team on changes introduced and testing re-planning.
  • Publish Test Reports.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, ALM, and various software testing models and methodologies.
  • Perform manual tests in support of software test requirements.
  • Manages and supports the execution of varying types of complex test cases: i.e., service level, component, functional, regression, mobile, and end-to-end, etc. analysis.
  • Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers.
  • Provides detailed status reporting, metrics, and execution dashboards.
  • Works well with customers and vendors, knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment.
  • Performs technical troubleshooting / diagnostic analysis of system defects and conducts impact assessment.
