Dana Group Associates is a large outpatient behavioral practice with offices in Needham, Hanover and Norwell, MA. We are a well-respected practice with a twenty-year history offering best practices to individuals and families in our community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance preferably in an outpatient Behavioral Health setting.
• Master’s Degree or Licensure in Behavioral Health.

• Experience in applying and implementing Quality Assurance Processes.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience serving in an independent leadership role.

Job Description:

• An optimal candidate for this new position with Dana Group Associates will be responsible for the QA responsibilities for the organization as well as maintaining a caseload within the practice.
• · Familiarity with established compliance policies regarding legal and ethical compliance.
• · Familiarity with reporting procedures designed to ensure Dana Group Associates is compliant regarding legal and ethical issues.
• · Ensure timely documentation from all Providers
• · Responsible for oversight of the patient and staff complaints.
• · Interface with Human Resources regarding the hiring process, clinical licensure and credentialling.
• · Review/audit patient records monthly.
• ·Review and follow up company performance improvement plans.
• · Participate in Dana Group Associates Clinical Director supervisory meetings to identify potential risk factors.
• · Participates in on-site and remote training for all staff in the education of the Quality Assurance protocol for DGA.
• · Oversight of Risk Management ensuring confidential reporting of allegations of sexual misconduct by staff or by patient.
• · Knowledge and familiarity of HIPAA protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
