Job title -Quality Assurance / Testing Lead

Position is 100% remote, out of state candidates do not need to relocate. The contractor will use their own computer equipment. They will create a VDI instance to log into to do their work.

Knowledge and Skills

• Working knowledge of the quality assurance and testing methodologies, techniques and tools for software testing.

• Understanding of business processes for government benefits eligibility determination and payment of services.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Ability to direct the testing responsibilities of up to 20 people in a matrixed work environment

• Demonstrated ability to monitor multiple work thread and accurately report progress.

• History of completing assignments by assigned deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to negotiate and resolve disagreements related to testing

Pre-employment Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience performing software testing * At least one year leading a testing effort for a full lifecycle, design, development and implementation of a large application

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
• Selenium: 1 year (Preferred)
• Test automation: 1 year (Preferred)
