Life Alliance has provided home and community based services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities since 2004. Our mission is to provide the support services needed in order for individuals with disabilities to have happy, full lives in the community of their choice while being valued for their contribution to that community.

As a Qualified Professional for Life Alliance you will join us on this mission by providing clinical supervision of the services we provide in the Wilkes County and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with direction of home and community based services to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities

• Develop and track short range goals/task analyses

• Hire, train, and supervise direct care staff

• Maintain all required documentation including narrative notes and tracking reports

• Completing documentation of services via our digital records system

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Human Services field preferred) or higher

• Two years experience in the field of Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 60 mile radius of North Wilkesboro (Ashe and Alleghany primarily)

• Satisfactory background and reference checks

• Completion of agency-based training program

Job Benefits:

• Salary range $40,000-$50000, negotiable depending on qualifications

• 401k after one year

• 10 paid holidays per year

• 20 PTO days annually

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
