Position Details:
Position Type: 6 month contract
Job Location: Summit, NJ

Compensation: $ 38-41.79/hr
Responsibilities:
- Upload documents into SharePoint system for efficient record keeping and back-up as SharePoint administrator for Global Risk Management
- Formatting regulatory documents into the corporation’s core template, initiation workflows in the Electronic Document Management System (eDMS) for Risk Management Plans and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) document for review, approval, and publishing coordination
- Coordinate with local affiliates and Distribution Heads Leads to address any outstanding activities that are due to complete for various tasks.
- Obtaining updates for inclusions in Risk Management Plans relating to risk minimization activities.
- Providing status reports of tracking of risk minimization activities in centralized electronic repository in the Pharmacovigilance Master File (Veeva Vault), SharePoint and Verity (Veeva solution), CARA/PRISMs systems. Maintaining Annexes for Pharmacovigilance Master file
- Carrying out other duties as requested by GRM Lead of Publishing and Support
- Monitoring GRM mailbox timely
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience preferably in pharmacovigilance or in health science, relevant life science/ medical fields
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in document management for formatting documents (preferably Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy documents, Risk Management Plans or Epidemiology documents) and initiating review and approval workflows plus publishing coordination in an eDMS.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using eDMS for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, Veeva, CARA/PRISM
- Advanced in SharePoint
