Position : QA Engineer

Location : Tampa FL (Day One Onsite)

Contract : 6+

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Able to work independently with a distributed development team

· Responsible for preparing test automation scripts and test execution of the product/applications.

· Expertise in writing user defined object locators ex. X-Path

· Review requirements, API specifications and User stories for better clarity/Transparency

· Following best practices such as coding standards, involve in Peer reviews and get reviews from lead

· Knowledge of the SDLC and testing processes and best practices

· Collaborate with developers in sorting out conflicts of requirement understanding or for clarifying bug details

· Self-driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic

· Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment

· Experience with cloud-based automation testing (PCloudy and Browserstack preferred)

· Experience in performing Regression Testing with Jenkins / GIT (CI/CD)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Very good in Selenium Webdriver automation for Web and API
• Sound experience in automating API’s (XML, REST, SOAP)
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience working on automation frameworks.
• Very good knowledge in OOPS programming concepts and experience working in java
• Should have the working expertise on: SQL (PL/SQL)
• Experience in working on ALM tools (like Jira, Rally) & Test Management Tools(Like Zephyr, TestRail).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experienced working with source code repositories (GIT, SVN etc) and CI/CD
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.

Good to Have: Automation Testing - Selenium, Core Java, MySQL, Mobile Testing, ETL Testing

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $57.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
