Precision Garage Door, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair, seeks a dedicated Purchasing Customer Service Specialist to join our growing organization. As a Purchasing Customer Service Specialist, you will be trained in all facets of the business. Your duties will include answering the phone, scheduling appointments for residential garage doors service and installation, door ordering, lead follow-up, invoicing, payment processing, and more. The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment utilizing their skills and abilities with: customer service, sales, excellent accuracy, ability to prioritize work, problem-solving, listening, phone skills, analyzing Information, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements for the Purchasing Customer Service Specialist:

  Hardworking, team-oriented individual
• 
  
  Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• 
  
  Logistics experience preferred, not required
• 
  
  Dispatching and scheduling experience preferred, not required
• 
  
  Sales experience preferred, not required
• 
  
  Work cooperatively with vendors, technicians, sales personnel and installers
• 
  
  Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as it relates to door ordering and process.

  Superior attention to detail
• 
  
  Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
• 
  
  General knowledge of G SUITE/Google Platform
• 
  
  Self-motivated; able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• 
  
  Demonstrated time management, organizational skills and consistent follow-through.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  
  Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  Ability to work safely, with an emphasis on following procedures and best management practices

Education Requirements

  High School Diploma or GED required.

  College experience is preferred, but not required.
