Punchout / Repair & Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include:
- Carpentry
- Drywall, Paint & Spackle
- Minor Landscaping, digging, raking
- General Cleaning & Demolition
- Installation of surface protection
- Tile Repair
- Other punch list repairs as needed
Requirements
- Experience working in the construction industry a plus
- Previous experience as maintenance tech, carpenter, or handyman
- Working knowledge and ability to repair issues with: carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, flooring, kitchens and bath remodeling, painting, basic plumbing, pressure washing, roofing, windows and doors
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
- $25.00 an hour
