About the Role:
We are searching for a compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated Psychiatrist who will be responsible for patient consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescription and management of medication, and follow-up.
This role is at the very core of our holistic, wellness-focused care model, and you will deliver the highest-quality of care to spur transformatively positive changes in our patients’ lives.
Reporting to the Medical Director, you will work closely with both the clinical and operations teams to develop and implement best-outcome clinical programs while maintaining patient records in a professional and compliant manner.
You will supervise and mentor clinical staff to promote adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures, and you will participate in on-call and afterhours coverage to ensure that our services remain available to patients when they need them.
This role will allow you to see the direct impact of your practice on improving the lives of patients in need.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The Psychiatrist will:
- Evaluate and diagnose patients in order to craft and implement individualized holistic treatment plans to promote patient wellness using both somatic and non-somatic psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Prescribe and manage medications, consistently following up with patients to monitor and evaluate patient outcomes in help patients reach their wellness goals.
- Evaluate and optimize medication regimens prescribed by other members of the clinical team
- Order and facilitate labs as appropriate.
- Monitor and ensure follow up with primary care evaluations and appointments to manage physical health.
- Develop and implement best-outcome clinical programs.
- Maintain patient records in a professional and compliant manner.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff to promote adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call and afterhours coverage.
- Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and sincerity in care delivery.
- Prescribe and administer appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to treat psychiatric disorders as warranted, including but not limited to IV Ketamine infusions.
Requirements for the Role - Who You Are:
- M.D. degree/completed an A.C.G.M.E. approved residency approved program in Psychiatry.
- Board-Certified in Psychiatry.
- NYS license to practice medicine.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the entire clinical and operations teams in addition to with patients and families.
- An ability to teach, mentor, and nurture clinical teams.
- Dedication and drive to improve the lives of patients in need.
