Exciting News!! Now through December 2022, CFF is offering a $750 sign on bonus*; $250 paid on first check, $250 on the paycheck following 6 months, and $250 on the paycheck following 1 year of successful employment.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing clinical care in an Outpatient setting. She/he/they will utilize assessment tools to identify areas for interventions and partner with program staff and family members to support individuals in a manner that is conducive to all aspects of wellness. This is a 12-month, part-time, position. This position requires in-office work in our Hatboro office, with the potential for one work-from-home remote day a week to meet with clients via telehealth.

Part time hours of 15-25 hours a week!

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Service or related field including psychology, counseling, or social work
  • One or more years of experience working in an office setting
  • 2 or more years of providing therapy to children & adolescents
  • Maintain valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Current child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Program Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing students experiencing risk behaviors and/or behavior health crisis events
  • Maintain a caseload of 20-25 individuals and attain 25 clinical credits per week working in multiple schools and offices.
  • Provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups through a wide variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to individual, group, and family therapies in multiple settings.
  • Create, maintain, and update treatment plans accordingly to address client specific needs.
  • Coordinate total care given by collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to provide and facilitate care in accordance with policies and procedures, philosophy and objectives of Child and Family Focus.
  • Responsible for completion of intake and clinical assessments for all students entering the on the caseload
  • Coordinate and triage all referrals while ensuring care is provided in a timely manner
  • Serve as a liaison between Child and Family Focus and family members focusing on customer services, partnerships, and advocacy for individuals in need
  • Utilize multiple electronic health records, when needed

Work Environment:

  • Work in standard office environment as well as community settings to include client home, schools, court, doctor’s offices, and hospitals.
  • Work from home in designated space for telehealth sessions as needed. Space must adhere to confidentiality and HIPPA standards.
  • Demonstrate ongoing availability to work a minimum of 3 evenings per week until 8pm OR 2 evenings per week until 8pm and 1 remote weekend day.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay range from $32-36 an hour for clinical hours based on experience and licensure
