We are accepting applications for a part-time Property Manager in Seward, Alaska. This position will be part of our dynamic Alaska team in a supportive team environment, Responsible for leasing and rent collections, marketing units and assisting new prospects through the application and re-certification process. Cross over skills will be considered.

Part time Position - 25 hours per week

- Proven leasing and marketing skills
- Preferred experience in low income senior housing.
- Computer proficiency
- Yardi, OneSite, Real Page or other Property Management software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent Marketing skills
- Excellent organization skills, communications skills & aptitude for detailed work are essential
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work
This position is contingent on completion of successful background, criminal, and drug screening.
