Job description
We are seeking a qualified professional to manage our senior housing complex in Winsted, CT (30 units). The successful candidate will also provide supervision and direction to maintenance staff.
This is a PART TIME POSITION: 25 - 30 HOURS/WEEK, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
The Property Manager oversees and is responsible for the administration and physical operations of the property. He/She assures the rental program is properly managed, provides financial management of operations, and assures adequate cleanliness/maintenance of buildings/grounds. He/She is responsible for the supervision and hiring of qualified, competent personnel and the establishment of good resident and board relations while encouraging, supporting and abiding by all EHM safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or facilities management, or equivalent training in related field
- Strong communications skills, professional and effective interpersonal skills and comfortable and respectful familiarity with the elderly population.
-Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Computer proficient - knowledge of Word & Excel required
- Industry designations/certifications - IREM, CPM, ARM, NHCM, COS, etc.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
