SUMMARY IF POSITION
:

Quality First Commercial Real Estate (QFCRE) has a property administrator position available for hard-working men and women who are looking for a career in commercial real estate. The position is aimed at offering experience in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry including management, project management, and brokerage and office management. Position will offer insight about the real estate process, day-to-day business functions and decision making of the organization as well as interfacing with all levels of management. This position will provide property level administrative support to the property management and brokerage teams to include but not limited to customer service (tenant requests), accounts payable, accounts receivable, contracted services and lease administration.


Description of Duties:

  • Monitor the front desk, greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls
  • Process and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist Property Management, Accounting and Brokerage departments in miscellaneous tasks


Experience and Skills:

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of administrative support experience required, including AP/AR experience and familiarity with financial statements. Property management administrative support preferred.
  • Requires strong effective organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-initiator with the ability to problem solve. Also requires the ability to maintain and approachable, friendly demeanor and work with completing priorities and demands.
  • Candidate must have strong computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.


Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
