Description
Steele Hill Resorts is looking for a key, entry-level manager in the busy off-site marketing department. The company is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated and dependable individual to serve as assistant to our Manager of Off-site Promotions and act as the department’s 2nd in charge.

- Hiring, training, disciplining & developing promotions staff members.
- Participate in the development of new venue relationships.
- Participate in the development of new training and operating methods.
- Scheduling staff members for events.
- Interfacing with venue staff.
- Ensuring successful setup and performance of promotion efforts at events.
- Purchasing, organizing and accounting for promotions equipment.
- Directly engage in off-site promotions work.
- Communications with partner contacts.
- Communications with the general public.
- Promoter payroll administration.
- Expense processing.
- 80% travel and weekends are required.
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in off-site marketing promotions or similar field preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
