Reconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to provide scope and estimate of project

• Ability to effectively communicate with insurance providers, contractors, vendors, and homeowner

• Confirm budget and work orders before start of project

• Maintain file notes for all customer communication

• Seek partnerships to improve performance with subcontractors

• Make routine calls to customers to assure they are pleased with job progress and to answer any questions

• Review and manage master job schedule to assure that all projects are being addressed appropriately

• Make sure that all jobs are started and completed in a timely, yet efficient manner

• Review job costing regularly to assure that the jobs are proceeding as expected

• Managing inventory

• Must be willing to work with others

• Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year of Xactimate and/or estimating software

Qualifications Required:

• Inspect residential and commercial property from top to bottom

• Must pass a background check

• Must have good driving record

• Must be motivated and hardworking
