Construction Project Manager

Project: Vance Air Force Base (+$77M)

Location: Enid, OK

Salary Range: $90k to $115K per year + subsistence

IHC Scott is seeking an experienced project manager to help us build a +$77M project at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for organizing and directing the continuous operations of all contracted work for Vance AFB
• Responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin while managing client relationships, safety, and quality
• Manage operational, administrative, equipment, and personnel functions
• Practice ethical business transactions, adhere to the corporate policies, values, and beliefs while pursuing the company's short and long-range goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience
• Airfield construction experience preferred but not required
• Concrete paving experienced preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource (personnel and equipment) scheduling
• Excellent people, communication, and organizational skills
• BS Degree: Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
• Must be willing to travel
