Project Manager

We at Generator Supercenter of Raleigh are a locally owned company and we are seeking to fill multiple positions for our steadily growing company. We sell, install and maintain the #1 home standby generators in the market, Generac!!! We recently received an award for being a Generac Power Pro Premier dealer installer for the second year in a row!!!! We are looking for career minded individuals that will help us continue our ascent to the most successful Generac dealer in the Raleigh and surrounding areas through superior customer service and unmatched integrity. We are currently seeking to fill a critical role of a Project Manager here at our Raleigh location. Duties:

  • Project management / installation scheduling
  • Manage / schedule repairs and maintenance
  • Must have the ability to organize, train and supervise personnel
  • Manages department that handles the technical service, repair and maintenance of company product
  • Assists with hiring and continually evaluating performance of all technicians
  • Manages the financial side of division
  • Responsible for all costs of his division
  • Controls all warranty issues and warranty billing
  • Exercise final authority along with General Manager and Owners on the division direction
  • Must attend Generac trainings
  • Service Manager experience required
  • Electrical experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly (job site visits as necessary) and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, tracking inventory, monitor the Mobile Link and Omnimetrix dashboards.
  • Setting up and maintaining a service / installation desk and evaluating its efficiency.
  • Resolving service / installation desk problems and improving methods to increase the department's productivity and customer service.
  • Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
  • Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and Sales Representatives.
  • Helping to train new employees in company procedures.
  • Maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
