We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager. In this role, you will scope, track, and lead projects from inception to completion. You have a proven track record of taking big, complicated ideas and turning them into smaller, achievable, and trackable tasks.

To be successful, you’ll need to be a detail-oriented, initiative taker. We need a broad thinker who can make suggestions, take constructive feedback with a good attitude and without pushback, and then go out and personally execute with diligence. If you like working with others to develop a strategy and then rolling up your sleeves to implement that strategy, we’re probably a good fit.

This position is full time and based work from home/remote.

Job Duties

1. Collaborate with department heads and managers to gather project requirements, plan, and ensure completion of key operations and systems projects;

2. Own the various team backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint stand ups to ensure continued forward progress;

3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure full understanding, documentation, and continued buy-in of strategic objectives in order to apply company objectives to the prioritization of various projects and tasks;

4. Create, delegate, and ensure ownership of tasks associated with projects and major milestones;

5. Actively manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously;

6. Manage project completion rate by monitoring progress, blockers, burndown rates, and milestones ensuring projects get finished on time;

7. Provides insight to key stakeholders and project sponsors by developing project goals, setting the prioritization of deliverables, discussing involvement of business processes (e.g. project change management, communication) and facilitating decisions necessary for project delivery.

8. Manage issues and risk by clearly communicating both internally and externally, escalating issues as needed, and deploying risk mitigation strategies as needed;

9. Lead after action reports after the closing of each project to drive continuous improvement within the organization;

10. Manage and work with vendors to ensure that their efforts happen on a mutually agreed upon timeline;

11. All other duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

2. Excellent organizational and analytical skills;

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, team environment and juggle multiple tasks;

4. Strict attention to detail; and

5. Achieve daily performance metrics.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience;

2. PMP preferred;

3. Two (2) years of Agile Project Management experience;

4. Certified ScrumMaster preferred;

5. Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred;

6. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

7. Certified Scrum Master;

8. Certified Product Owner; and

9. Ability to pass required background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
