Job Description
Working with the Signature Solar leadership team responsible for systems solutions and support of a fast-growing technology company as it continues to expand in function and employees.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintains project pipeline of transformation projects to enhance productivity, time, and cost mitigation in regards to people and process.
- Timely execution of project deadlines. Holds cross functional teams accountable to deliverables.
- Partner with business users to collect and translate requirements into streamlined and sustainable solutions.
- Develop management policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize business needs based on the value of multiple business propositions.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- The ability to translate and quantify Signature Solar’s system application needs with the overall vision of the leadership team as the main guide and being able to communicate with this team at their knowledge level.
- The agility to understand the business needs of an emerging company in a unique market segment and be able to adapt solutions to best fit those needs even though they may not be in scope or a singular product or offering.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate best practice and future state solutions to senior leadership, gain alignment, and drive progress.
- Team player who is organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
