The Project Lead, New Hospital Growth will be a key member of the New Hospital Growth team and contribute to the company’s success by managing project processes and tasks associated with new hospital launches with sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and effective tools and techniques. They will provide direction and transparency to project team members including, but not limited to local hospital operators and department stakeholders, to drive projects forward while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Manage new hospital launch projects, start to finish, with local and remote project team members and department stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively
• Proactively keep department stakeholders and project team members on task to launch hospitals on-time
• Be a liaison between local operational team members and department stakeholders associated with individual projects Conduct post-mortems with project team members and new hospital growth team to identify potential areas of opportunity/inefficiencies and direct to appropriate channels for on-going needs
• Partner with new hospital growth team and inter-company departments to break down barriers, improve processes/tools where needed, and maintain scalability of growth projects
• Oversee individual hospital launch project cadences and host regular, virtual meetings with project team members
• Assist in regular audits to ensure project templates, processes, and dashboards are current and accessible by project team members and stakeholders
• Provide ongoing project update reports to internal teams and stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and deliver communications, status updates, schedules, and documentation in an organized, timely manner

Desired Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or related position
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of experience and education
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects at a time
• Remote work mindset – ability to stay focused, organized, and on task in a home or office environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Attention to detail a must
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• High computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications
• Project management training and/or certification a plus
• Veterinary industry experience and/or knowledge a plus
• Smartsheet experience and/or knowledge a plus
