AMHC is excited to announce the opening of our new Project Coordinator position for the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program(RCORP) for our Aroostook, Washington &Hancock County areas. The Project Coordinator provides project management to facilitate the service development and implementation of the Health Resource Services Administration (HRSA) Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Behavioral Health grant. The implementation efforts focus on improving increased access to behavioral health services. The chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate the core values of AMHC by showing Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Service, Collaboration, and Respect to co-workers, clients, and community members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an associates degree in a related field PLUS a minimum of 1 year of project management experience is required
- CADC, LADC, or experience in behavioral health is preferred
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Follow the Service focused work plan to serve as a primary point of contact and for all RCORP responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Collaborative relationships with area providers to be able to offer services with the Integrity and Compassion that AMHC is committed
- Respectfully oversee the education of both Internal and External Stakeholders
- Assist with the administrative tasks to continue the Excellence of service that our community expects.
Schedule:
- This is a 40-hour per week non-exempt position
- All AMHC employment requires Covid vaccination
