PROJECT COORDINATOR NEEDED
Competitive hourly pay PLUS bonus opportunities; paid weekly

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for repairing common service problems associated with manufactured housing

• Basic carpentry (drywall repair, tape/texture, and painting), and electrical experience preferred
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel) preferred
• Ability to follow-up with customers and contractors utilizing various contact methods
• Ability to perform all physical requirements including; climbing, bending, lifting, and crawling
