- This is an hourly position with annual bonus and stocks.
The Office of the CFO (OCFO) offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that supports not only T-Mobile’s CFO but ensures that the dynamic organization of 1,500+ employees runs effectively. As a Project Coordinator, you will be provided with opportunities to grow your background in program/business management, strategy development, & implementing strategic ideas. You will collaborate across the various teams in OCFO that includes Communications, Employee Experience, Events Logistics, and Business Planning by being empowered to solve challenging yet impactful problems. What you will do
- Partner with the Sr. Program Managers of Finance Learning, Development, & Training (FLDT) & New Employee Onboarding (NEO) by delivering world-class experiences, creating program communications & deliverables, & finding ways to increase employee satisfaction
- Provide assistance to the OCFO Senior Director (Chief of Staff to CFO) for key transformation initiatives & other organizational activities, as assigned
- Act as an on-site host/point-of-contact for Finance events in Frisco, TX and support the Finance Events Coordinator in all aspects of logistics planning – audio/visual, accessibility, & other requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to implement Finance’s Early-In-Career (EIC) strategy for summer interns and university relations, complete assigned programmatic deliverables on-time, & act as an integrator between the different Finance teams & Recruiting
Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- Work Experience: Less than 2 years
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills
- Experience performing data analysis through multiple methods/tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
